Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using dcshot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

dcshot is a Discord voice relay tool for MMO raid coordination. It allows a designated "caller" to broadcast their voice across multiple Discord voice channels simultaneously, so that all parties in a raid can hear the same audio in real time.

3. Your Account

You authenticate through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and for all activity performed through your dcshot access. You must be at least 13 years old (or your local age of digital consent) to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other guilds, accounts, or systems
Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service beyond what is permitted by law
Use the Service to broadcast content you don't have rights to (copyrighted music, etc.)

5. Credits and Billing

The Service uses a prepaid credit system. Credits are deducted to keep voice bots active. Credits become shared guild treasury the moment they are added and are non-refundable; see our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions (technical errors, unauthorized payments, confirmed service failures). Pricing is shown at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe).

6. Service Availability

We work hard to keep dcshot running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or experience outages from time to time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we're legally required to do so. You may stop using the Service at any time. Credits already added to a guild treasury remain part of that shared pool and are non-refundable on exit; see the Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dcshot and Datahold s.r.o. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the credits you have purchased in the previous 12 months.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Slovakia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
